User Data Deletion Instructions

stock.ex.gold may allow users to register or sign in using Facebook Login. Facebook Login is used only for account authentication and account creation.

If you signed in or registered using Facebook and want to request deletion of data associated with that login, you can follow the instructions on this page.

stock.ex.gold is operated by SOLVED - FZCO , a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

When you use Facebook Login, stock.ex.gold may receive limited account information needed to create or authenticate your account. This may include:

• ✓Your name.
• ✓Your email address, if made available through Facebook Login.
• ✓ A Facebook login identifier or authentication reference used to connect your Facebook sign-in to your stock.ex.gold account.
• ✓Authentication status and related security information needed to keep your account secure.

Authentication may be handled through third-party authentication infrastructure, such as Firebase or Google Cloud services. We do not store your Facebook password.

To request deletion of data associated with your Facebook Login, email us at:

Please include the following information so we can identify your account:

• ✓The email address used for your stock.ex.gold account.
• ✓Your business name, if applicable.
• ✓A short message saying that you want your Facebook Login data deleted.

You can also remove stock.ex.gold from your Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & privacy .
3. Open Settings .
4. Go to Apps and websites .
5. Find stock.ex.gold or the relevant ExGold/Facebook app.
6. Click Remove .

Removing the app from Facebook may stop future Facebook Login access, but it may not automatically delete all stock.ex.gold account or business records. To request deletion from stock.ex.gold, email us using the deletion request instructions above.

After receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and locate the relevant account.

Once verified, we will delete or disconnect the Facebook Login data associated with your stock.ex.gold account, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or compliance purposes.

If your account contains business records, inventory records, invoices, repair jobs, customer records, supplier records or billing records, we may need to handle those records according to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, retention rules and applicable legal requirements.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is needed because of complexity, legal requirements, identity verification or account-specific circumstances.

A request to delete Facebook Login data is not always the same as a request to delete your entire stock.ex.gold account.

If you want to delete your full stock.ex.gold account and associated business data, please say this clearly in your email. We may need to verify that you are authorised to request deletion for the business account.

Some data may be retained where required for invoices, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
