What happens when I start a free trial?

Every free trial starts with Marketplace access, so you can try the full workflow: inventory, repairs, reporting, storefront publishing and marketplace listings. When the trial ends, you can continue with Stock or Marketplace depending on what your business needs.
Can I choose the Stock plan after my trial?

Yes. The trial gives you access to Marketplace, but you do not have to stay on Marketplace afterwards. You can choose Stock if you only need internal inventory, repairs, audit and reporting.
Do I have to publish items to the marketplace during the trial?

No. You can use the trial as an internal stock system first. Marketplace publishing is optional, and only the items you choose to make live will appear on your storefront or the ex.gold marketplace.
What counts as a live marketplace listing?

A live listing is an item currently published to your branded storefront or the ex.gold marketplace. Draft, disabled or internal-only items do not count towards the live listing limit.
What happens if I reach the 100 live listing limit?

You can continue managing stock internally, but only up to 100 listings can be live on the marketplace at the same time. You can unpublish older listings or register interest in Marketplace Pro when you need a higher limit.
Are WhatsApp notifications included?

Marketplace includes WhatsApp customer notifications on a fair-use basis, currently up to 500 messages per month. Email notifications for invoices and repair updates are included with both Stock and Marketplace.
Do prices include VAT or taxes?

Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any VAT or tax applied to your subscription will be shown clearly before payment.
Is Marketplace Pro available?

Marketplace Pro is not available yet. It is planned for higher-volume sellers who need more live listings, stronger storefront controls and expanded marketplace tools. Use the Notify me option to register interest.
